The property has always been extremely excellent in terms of their hospitality, service, hygiene, staff is extremely professional and polite, I love the fact that whenever I am spotted in the lobby or near the lift irrespective of what task the staff is at they do not miss on wishing me...the room is apt, the rooms are clean and well maintained. My friends and I will always choose this place for a staycation...

When we checked in and we entered in the room bed and just when we sat on the bed it got broken and them they took forever to change the bed then they gave us alternative room which was not good ac was smelling so we checked out in the night only. Not worthy of money at all. Food was not bad but less varieties and no varities in non veg also no starters. In room they had nothing but a dental kit. Also we did not got any welcome drink as mentioned on the package. They had mini bar which is almost double price of the MRP. They even charge if you want to cleen the room. No iron as well. Worst experience ever.

Had a comfortable stay at this 4-star hotel. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, staff was courteous, and amenities were up to the mark. The location was convenient, and the breakfast spread was impressive. A great choice for both business and leisure travel. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay overall. The ambiance was inviting, and the rooms were cozy, though there is certainly room for improvement in both the accommodations and the dining experiences. Enhancing the decor and amenities in the rooms, ***** with diversifying the menu options in the restaurants, could elevate the overall experience significantly.
